Caroline Wanjiru Ng’ang’a – Project Co-ordinator and Consultant

She is a Project Manager and Consultant at Avant Communications Limited. She has over fifteen years’ experience in programme support leading to strategic roles in programme oversight. She is exposed to facilitating knowledge management initiatives that support communications, experienced in structured research, information synthesis & targeted dissemination and working with programmes on the economic empowerment and revival of value in marginalized resources set ups.

She has hands on experience in programme design, fundraising, grant management, reporting, programme operations and project management, a proven record of team building, programme development, fund raising, advocacy, public speaking and interacting with the key government personnel,

She is also exposed to community project management, mobilization, fundraising training and project monitoring and evaluation with hands on experience in managing complex stakeholder arrangements that involve collaborating working, capacity building, joint funding and coordination of common results.

She holds an M.A in Mass Communication with a major in Development Communication from University of Nairobi, a B.A. degree in Journalism and Media Studies from University of Nairobi, Diploma in Public Relations Management from Kenya Institute of Management, Diploma in Computer Systems and Applications fromInfoTech Training Centre, and a Diploma in Secretarial and administrative services from Kianda College.
